Get Stronger for Summer Sports

What's your game? Hiking, cycling, running? This action packed two-hour workout/workshop is designed to help you get stronger, develop more stamina, and work on great form for your sport. Come prepared to sweat. You will go home with a printout of the exercises, and suggestions for eating to meet the demands of summer sports. Also includes a 30-day follow up consultation.
